Terms and Conditions

1. $50.00 for NSF Cheque.
2. 6 hours notice for cancellation of appointment otherwise $100.00 will be charged.
3. $35.00 for providing duplicate certificate if lost by you.
4. To rewrite in class test after failure it will cost $ 25.00.
5. 10 hours training behind the wheels does not guarantee you to pass the road test. 
6. To obtain 80% marks in the classroom test 
7. To obtain 7.5 grade on the road.
8. The school won't be able to issue a school certificate, if you do not meet the requirements of 6 and 7 written above.  
9. Student must completing the online classroom portion before starting in-vehicle lessons.

Refund Policy: 

1. Cancellation by the Driving School: If the school cancels a lesson due to instructor illness, vehicle issues, or bad weather, We will usually make efforts to reschedule the lesson promptly. You generally wouldn't be charged extra in these situations.
2. Withdrawal from a Course: If you decide to withdraw from a full course before it begins, you might be entitled to a full refund. If you withdraw after the course has started, the school might deduct fees for the completed portions and possibly an administrative fee.
3. Uncompleted Services: If you've paid for a package of lessons and haven't used all of them due to unforeseen circumstances, you might be eligible for a partial refund for the remaining lessons, minus any applicable administrative fees.
4. Non-Refundable Items: Online Course Fees: Fees for online or virtual classroom portions of a course are often non-refundable once you've accessed the materials.
5. Completed Lessons or Services: You generally won't receive a refund for driving lessons or other services that you have already received.
6. Credit Card Surcharges: If you paid by credit card, the surcharge (if any) is usually non-refundable.
7. Missed Lessons (No-Shows): If you fail to show up for a scheduled lesson without providing adequate notice, you will likely forfeit the lesson fee.
8. Payment Methods: Refunds are typically issued via the original method of payment (cheque or e-transfer, cash credit card, debit card etc).
